RENISO C 55 E is a lubricant based on synthetic esters for refrigeration systems operating with CO2. Its selected additives provide excellent wear protection, including under the influence of CO2 in the compressor.

RENISO C 55 E has excellent solubility and miscibility with CO2 (R 744), supporting oil circulation in the refrigeration system, especially at low evaporation temperatures. It can be used in almost any industrial and commercial refrigeration application, such as large-scale refrigeration plants. RENISO C 55 E can also be used in transcritical CO2 cycles, for example in air-conditioning systems, heat pumps and compact refrigeration systems.
