RENOFORM DMO 3026 is a non-soluble, chlorine-free neat oil for forming and deep-drawing processes involving ferrous alloy components.

It is specially formulated for steel-forming operations and is compatible with intelligent vision equipment for detecting stamping defects. It is suitable for medium- and high-severity deep drawing at low speed, with dies and punches featuring special coatings. It is also recommended for cold stamping processes and materials where deformation generates a large amount of heat, increasing the temperature of the component, dies and/or punches.
