RENOFORM DSW 3003 is a water-based synthetic lubricant developed using advanced emulsion technology, enabling the creation of highly stable and durable nanostructures. Its high degree of homogeneity facilitates the formation of a consistent lubricating film on the strip, providing effective lubrication during stamping.

This technology allows the product to be formulated with non-hazardous substances adapted to the European CLP regulations for the packaging of mixtures, supporting the protection of health and the environment in the workplace. It is suitable for medium and deep drawing processes of steel sheet. The product is ready for use in severe and/or deep drawing operations. Concentrations between 8-10% are recommended for medium or light stamping operations.
