RENOFORM DSW 6010 is a mineral-oil-free synthetic compound for rapid chipless forming operations on steel and aluminium. It is also suitable for simple forming operations on stainless steel, non-ferrous materials and a limited range of galvanised materials.

It is suitable for chipless forming operations such as deep drawing, tube drawing and tube bending. It covers tools and parts with a light but effective film that reduces tool wear and provides good corrosion protection. Thanks to its excellent heat-transfer film, it also keeps stamped parts and tools cooler than oils.

Application

RENOFORM DSW 6010 is used neat or diluted in ratios of 1:1 – 1:2. It is applied to the workpieces by spraying, roller or brush. In many applications, the resulting light film eliminates the need to wash the parts. If necessary, RENOFORM DSW 6010 can be removed with alkaline aqueous cleaners.
