BASE TRW is a quenching additive based on highly refined mineral oil. Its formulation contains antioxidant and anticorrosion additives, as well as accelerators for the cooling rate.

It is used to accelerate the cooling curve of quenching oils that can be improved in this respect. BASE TRW can be used with any FUCHS quenching oil.
