RENOQUENCH M 300 K is a quenching fluid based on highly refined mineral oil, formulated with antioxidant, anticorrosion and cooling-rate-accelerating additives.

It is used for quenching steels with low and medium hardenability that require accelerated cooling. It is suitable for automotive applications, drop-forged parts, gears, springs and leaf springs, fasteners, carburized and carbonitrided materials, and induction hardening. It is also especially suitable for the direct quenching of steels used for dies, moulds, bearings, drawing dies and tools. Its high quenching speed and low vapour-phase formation make it the recommended oil for these applications.
