RENOQUENCH MQH 3001 is a quenching fluid based on a highly refined special mineral oil, formulated with antioxidant, anticorrosion and cooling-rate-accelerating additives.

THERMISOL MQH 3001 is used for hardening low- and medium-hardenability steels that require accelerated cooling. It is suitable for applications in automotive components, drop-forged parts, bearings, gears, springs and leaf springs, fasteners, carburized and carbonitrided materials, as well as induction hardening.

It is a suitable cooling medium for achieving minimum distortion with high performance. It is particularly indicated for the direct hardening of steels used for dies, moulds, bearings, drawing dies and tools. It is also recommended for installations requiring a minimum vapour phase, such as chamber furnaces.
