RENOFORM EMP 1100 is an oil formulated as a high-performance lubricant for steel forming processes, designed for use neat. It is suitable for cold stamping, deep-drawing and drawing, blanking, punching and bar sizing operations.
RENOFORM EMP 1100 offers excellent lubricating power, helping to ensure long die and punch life and optimum surface finishes. It also has a high anti-corrosion capacity, providing good subsequent protection for the treated material.
