RENOFORM DSW 2005 is a synthetic, mineral-oil-free compound for rapid chipless forming operations on steel and aluminium. It is suitable for simple forming operations on stainless steel and non-ferrous materials, as well as for a limited range of galvanised materials. It can also be used for chipless forming operations such as deep drawing, tube drawing and tube bending.

It coats tools and workpieces with a light but effective film that reduces tool wear and provides good corrosion protection. Its excellent heat-transfer film also keeps stamped parts and tools cooler than oils. RENOFORM DSW 2005 is applied to workpieces by spraying, roller or brush. The resulting light film eliminates part washing in many applications. If necessary, it can be removed with alkaline aqueous cleaners. The use of RENOCLEAN industrial cleaners is recommended.
