RENISO UltraCool 68 is a synthetic product for ammonia refrigeration systems operating at evaporation temperatures of up to < -45 °C. Its thermal stability helps prevent the formation of oil deposits and sludge in the compressor, which can considerably reduce refrigeration plant maintenance costs, such as filter replacement and inspection work.

Its exceptionally low evaporation rate, considerably lower than that of conventional and hydrotreated mineral oils, reduces oil losses in the compressor and results in lower refill volumes. It also combines good low-temperature flow properties and high-temperature stability with excellent compatibility with elastomers, including CR sealants.
