ECOCOOL MG 535 is a self-emulsifying product made from a blend of anti-corrosion, lubricating, emulsifying and wetting additives. It is designed to cool and lubricate machining and grinding processes for all types of metals, and is especially suitable for hard water with a high chloride content.

ECOCOOL MG 535 emulsions are particularly suitable for basic general machining operations and centreless grinding. The product is suitable for all types of alloys, especially steels and aluminium. Its lubricating and wetting properties help produce surfaces with low roughness and prevent “burning” phenomena on parts. Its lubricating capacity helps minimise tool wear and achieve an excellent surface finish in metal-removal processes.
