ECOCUT AE 22 is formulated entirely from synthetic lubricating, antioxidant and wetting additives. It is specially designed for processes requiring high lubrication with a minimum quantity of lubricant.
It is used as a lubricating compound in M.Q.L. (Minimum Quantity Lubrication) processes, by spraying, atomization or manual application with a brush. It is highly biodegradable, since products of this type are applied only once. It is used successfully for cutting aluminium and steel blocks with a band saw or disc.
